Buc-A-Day Storage Facility

Buc-A-Day Storage is a long-term storage facility (capacity of over 1,000 spaces) for Grown-Up Toys. Boats on trailers, boat trailers, motor homes, campers, travel trailers, cargo trailers, cars and pickup trucks – most anything on tires. Sorry, we are not accepting tractor trailers.

We make it easy to reserve a storage space at our facility. Simply reserve your unit online and then come by to get setup with our storage facility. Or, if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment to meet with storage manager at the facility.

NO OTHER FACILITY in this area offers the services at a price comparable to ours. While we’ve had to turn away prospective customers in the past, we NOW HAVE EXPANDED and should be able to make appointments for new move-in customers beginning in July 2019.

Month-to-Month

NO, you aren’t obligated for a long term lease. Our MINIMUM rental is for a full month PLUS proration until the end of the month you move in. NO exceptions.

One of the most important questions customers ask when they call is to ask about our location. They want to be sure to find a boat storage close to boat ramps or RV storage close to I-75. Buc-A-Day Storage has it all!

We’re in Ruskin, SOUTH of downtown Tampa (25 minutes), East of Interstate 75 (10 minutes), North of the Sunshine Skyway in Hillsborough County. Of course – you want to see where you’ll be storing your toy. Here’s a map of how to get to us.

For boat owners, we’re close by (three miles) to E.G. Simmons County Park that has excellent boat launch facilities. There are two boat ramps in Ruskin (one mile or less), Apollo Beach (four miles) and Gibsonton (ten miles) close to fishing holes, islands in Tampa Bay and serene natural gunkholes.

If you own a motorhome or camper, we’re three miles from E.G. Simmons County Park, and a forty minute drive over the Sunshine Skyway to Fort DeSoto State Park – both are EXCELLENT for waterfront camping year round. In addition there are nearly a dozen private campground and long term camper facilities within forty-five minute drives.

What We Offer

We are a SECURE facility. Each customer has his/her own access code to enter – and then to leave our facility. Your entry-to, and exit-from our facility is logged. Non-tenants are not permitted on site. Our facility is open to customers from 4:30 AM until 11:00 PM. Gates and fences are electrified with 7000 volts after hours. We have recording security cameras at our entrance and other locations for YOUR security.

Each customers unit is identified with a sticker so we know who you are and what you’re storing. You’ll be assigned a SPECIFIC parking space that’s matched to your needs.

In the event of electrical outage for extended periods we have generator backup so that security cameras and access gates are working. Electric fences are off grid, so the bottom line is – we do all that is reasonable to give continuous secure storage to you.

We DO NOT offer wash-down, dumping stations, electricity, garbage pick-up, or cleaning areas.

We DO PERMIT pre-qualified contractors to come to the lot, pressure-wash the outside of your unit, wash, wax, and clean it. THEY MUST BE pre-qualified and check-in with us for every instance.

Use one of our approved contractors to clean your unit.
